A: You can place an order:
1. Directly over the internet on secure website.
You can choose to pay Credit/Debit cards - we accept Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Switch, Solo.
2. Over the phone on our order line 0870 382 5023.
3. By Fax on 0870 382 5024.
We will need to know the brand, style name, size, colour and payment details, including the address to which the credit card is registered to. We can only deliver to the card holders address.
Q: How much is shipping and how long will it take?
A: We aim to fulfil orders within 5 - 7 working days.
Delivery charges are as follows:
Mainland UK - £3.00
(Includes Highlands and Islands, and Channel Isles)
Shoes are despatched for next day delivery.
Q: How do I return shoes?
A: Unworn shoes can be returned within 28 days for a refund or an exchange.
A returns and exchanges form will be sent with your shoes. Simply fill in the form and take your securely wrapped shoes to the Post Office and return to:
Shoes 4 Children, 103 High Street, Maldon, Essex, CM9 5EP.
This will be at your expense; the average cost of return is around £4.00
Please obtain a proof of posting when returning footwear.

A: We display shoes in British and European sizes.

A: We do not have a mail order catalogue, however, our current selection of shoes is available to view on the Shoes 4 Children website.
